Are you ready to change your Perfectionism perspective?
Perfectionism is a self-invented pressure. Put simply, you're doing it to yourself.
It's setting unrealistic expectations while linking your self-worth to the ability to achieve and then keep on achieving. But, doing your best and being perfect are not the same, even if you've been conditioned to think otherwise.
- The difference between 'good' and 'bad' perfectionism
- How to navigate the high-achieving perfectionism mindset that's holding you back
- How to build a full toolkit of managing the perfectionism around relationships, decision making, daily habits that can truly help you every day
- Stepping out of control and being confident with uncertainty
- How imposter syndrome and burnout are linked to perfectionism
Don't let your perfectionism self-reject and self-sabotage you before you even get a chance to enter the race.
Who is The Perfectionism Paradox Workshop for?
For the woman who is stuck not moving forward because it's not 'perfect'.
For the woman who feels the need to look perfect, act perfect and do perfect to prove themselves.
For the woman who doesn't put themselves out there because it's not perfect.

Dr. Kimberly A. Williams
"Jessica has helped me to hone my delivery in realizing what I deserve and asking for it. She has helped me to set boundaries and be comfortable being uncomfortable. Had I not started working with Jessica, I would be a shell of a person. I was at my lowest low. There was no way further down. I would have stagnated in that pit."
