Dr. Jessica teaches self-intelligence and relational intelligence by bridging the gap between leadership skills and workplace culture. Her research  to understand the link between imposter syndrome, perfectionism and burnout has empowered her to teach others to empower their inner voice which ultimately affects how they show up in their leadership role. She, too, struggled with her own inner gremlin and how she spoke to herself. Speak Kindly, You’re Listening is her first book teaching high-achievers how to understand why and what their inner voice is saying to prevent self-sabotaging behaviours and burnout.

See What It's All About:

In my first book, Speak Kindly, You're Listening, I dive into how deeply your inner voice can harm you. As a high achiever myself, I put impossible expectations on myself developing imposter syndrome trying to be the perfectionist I thought I needed to be to achieve. It was only a matter of time until I burnt out and had to face my deepest darkest times. Read along to discover my research and actions I took to break through.
