The 90 Day Self-Confidence Program
From Impostor to Empowered
Story Time
I thought that I was an emotionally stable person. I was a happy person, always laughing and energetic. Dental school was hard, but we all have to get through it.
But, as much as we learned clinical, dental school didn't teach me what was going to come next.
I found practicing difficult. I was always searching for mistakes. I was always overworking. I was never good enough.
I knew it was only a matter of time before someone figured me out.
I started getting panic attacks. I couldn't sleep. I felt irritated and exhausted. I never felt rested.
I thought this was how dentistry was supposed to be. Chronically fatigued, always looking for mistakes and underestimating my abilities.
My hope: make it to retirement and then enjoy my life.
Does this sound familiar?
What Was Happening?
I was in the middle of my third burn out.
THIRD!
This time around, when I sought help, I was also diagnosed with clinical depression and a generalized anxiety disorder.
How was I going to make it to retirement?
I wasn't, if I was going to keep going the way I was going.
So I made a change . . .
I figured out what, why and how it was happening to me and that led me down a research rabbit hole of understanding mental well-being for the dental professional.
You read that right.
I figured out why it happens to the dental professional!
What's in the program?
1-on-1 Coaching
6 one-hour sessions + 1 (BONUS) session. We meet every 2 weeks to explore self-doubt, perfectionism and burnout in dentistry. The BONUS session happens AFTER the program when you feel you need it. It can be a week later, a month later or even 6 months later.
Brain Training Exercises.
Developed by Dr. Jessica herself, these exercises truly get you thinking about your doubts, fears, thoughts and emotions. It has been created specifically for dismantling self-doubt, fear of failure and burnout in dentistry. You get both pre- and post-call worksheets!
Accountability
It takes time, effort & energy that's needed to create new cognitive patterns and to rewire your brain. There is no quick fix. However, with consistency, accountability & maintenance, I GUARANTEE that change is possible . . . it totally is!
My Coaching Framework
Through my years of being on the student side, being diagnosed with a learning disability at the age of 20, then becoming a clinical instructor and then an education director at a world renowned cancer centre, I have realized there are different styles of learning and teaching.
Thus, I have created My Coaching Framework that will A.I.M. you in the right direction, but allows you to take the path.
Analyze
As a coach, I take a look at your thoughts, behaviours, emotions and patterns associated with self-doubt, fear of failure, perfectionism and burnout. This helps you create self-awareness.
Instruct
Then, you start to implement brain training exercises (that I created specifically for the dental professional) to help you develop your unique mental fitness that will become long-lasting.
Motivate
Lastly, but one of the most important, I am YOUR cheerleader. I keep you going when there are challenges. I hold you accountable and help empower your confidence muscle.
Who do I work with?
I work with Women Dentists!
Why? Because there are unique challenges that pertain to women dentists.
My mission: to provide women dentists with a safe space to share doubts and fears, but also the joys and awesomeness while teaching unique self-care and mental well-being.

Still confused and wondering if
'The 90 Day Self-Confidence Program'
is for you?
I get it. It may still be confusing. Ninety days also feels like a lot . . . am I right?
Here is what I want you to ask yourself: if nothing were to change in a year from now, what would that be like for you?
If the answer is, "not great", "shitty", "I can't keep living like this," then I think you have clarity on what the next step is.
You only have to decide you are worth it and truly want it for yourself!
So tell me, are you worth it?
